Driving past this showroom today we saw a stunning Lamborghini on the forecourt that my 4yr old grandson was desperate to have a photo with. After my wife had taken his photo he then looked inside the showroom and was so excited too see another 3 Lamborghini's plus many other stunning super cars. We were greeted by Lewis who was very welcoming too all of us he offered us all tea or coffee and even put my grandson in the driving seat of a Mclaren as he could see how excited he was too see so many stunning cars. he then left us alone to look around the rest of the cars. On the way out Lewis came out to us and gave my son the keys for the Lamborghini so he could start it up for my grandson his face was a picture when it started up my son had a massive grin on his face also.Thankyou Lewis you made my grandson's day. Paul took me over the car and all documents and we completed the transaction with ease. There was a small problem with the fuel filler cap which is not uncommon on VAG cars and the workshop and whole team stayed late to fit a new part and get me on my way. I think this level of customer service and to fix a small problem is a good sign of how good they are. This is my first time buying a car from a Performance car dealership and what an experience .
I was a remote buyer from a different country so had to rely heavily on sales to give me a true picture of the car, condition,records etc.
Firstly the photos from Ash the social media manager were amazing and captured most of the areas I'd be intrested in and in great quality.Would have bought it in those pics if my heart allowed .
Pete was the sales person who communicated with me non stop over a weekend inc Sunday as I wanted to move quickly on the car if we could reach a deal I'd be happy with.
Deal done fast and collection was even better , collected from Train and brought and presented the car immediately followed by a tour of the amazing showroom.I even left with a car full of all the std parts that came off the car after previous owners upgrades .
Can't recommend enough and only for the fact I can't see myself ever selling this special car I'd be going back to them……..

Previously sold a car (BMW M2) to Better Performance back in 2020 (was Better Value Cars back then) and the process was seamless from start to finish. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them) and the deal included delivery in their enclosed trailer, which was the cherry on the cake! The car was as described when delivered, she's an absolute peach! - For peach of mind, I booked her in for a full health check at a local BMW specialist, everything was perfect, except a rear broken O/S spring which, Paul has agreed to supply x2 OEM springs that I can get fitted.

The entire process was one of the most laid back, pleasurable large spending experiences Sharon and I have ever had, at no point were we hounded or felt pressured and everything was open and honest from the get go.

I would just like to say I bought a car from here although it was back in 2019 so I have now owned the car for 2 and a half years. The service I got from Lewis was out of this world, every time I went there I was made to feel very important and nothing was too much trouble, all paperwork was sorted, he even transferred my private plate with no hassle. The car I bought was a 320d Ed on a 2013 plate and to this day the car has never let me down, the only work it has required in all this time is new tires and a headlight bulb. I met these guys last year, and since then I've purchased my M2 Comp and an X5-M50D. They have also sold my Noble, RS6 & soon I'll be dropping my Defender there for SOR.

I reached out to Paul asking for him to try and source me a vehicle. I told him the exact spec that I wanted and within minutes he reached out to one of his contacts and provided me the exact car I was looking for.
He made sure that the car was in prestine condition when I collected the vehicle and provided me updates daily.
The service that you receive from Paul is the best that I have received. Not like other car salespeople that try to take your money and run. Genuine group of down-to-earth guys making car-purchasing effortless. I will never get my cars from anywhere else.

I was on the lookout for a new car. I was going to do multiple test drives on a wide range of cars and searching for my 2nd test drive I stumbled across Better Performance.
I messaged Paul and got a reply within the hour telling me I could come down for a test drive. As soon as I got there the car was ready for me and it wasn't long before I got to drive the car.
There was absolutely no pressure in buying the car, and no pressure while on the test drive at all.
I kept my interest for the car for over a month, and got in close contact with Lewis who really looked after me and kept me in constant communication.
I was able to buy the car and pick it up on the same day if I wanted to.
The detailing team before purchase kept the car in amazing condition, and when I bought the car they did another check over to make sure everything was pristine, which pristine is an understatement.
The team at Better Performance are amazing, everyone makes you feel welcome. From the admin team to the sales team to the detailing team.
They are highly knowledgable about cars and everyone there is a petrol head hence the name 'Better Performance'.

Ive never met such genuine blokes in my life, kind, considerate and the most welcoming of folk! Bought my VW Tiguan last week and it has been lovely. It was a really relaxed atmosphere letting us browse the cars at our leasure with no pressure to push the car on us. Lewis is a really honest guy looking to get the best possible deal for you, we were really struggling to decide between this car and a kia sportage at another garage. Lewis was more than happy for us to go either way as long as the car was right for us. Lewis also gave us the option that if we did prefer the sportage then he could also source one for us, again looking for the best deal for us. Lewis let us have a really long test drive which really helped to settle our minds. I was also concerned as I still had payments to make on my old car but with the settlement figure it was really simple and my old car acted to pay off that and as a deposit towards the new car. I really couldn't recommend Lewis enough and know I will be recommending him to both friends and family (even if they are in Swindon).
All in all it was the keennees to make sure what we were getting was right for us rather than pushing us into a sale that made sure I wanted to buy from Lewis and will most definitely be back in the future (though long live the tiguan!)

Massive thanks to Lewis Reed at Better Value Cars
My father is a sceptical man and doesn't know his cars well, so understandably he's nervous when looking for a reliable, well looked after second hand car. After spending five minutes with Lewis I saw him completely relax and enjoy Lewis's company and his knowledge of the cars he has available.
We were offered hot and cold drinks as well as being told we were able to test drive any car on the forecourt. I'd like to add here that anywhere else I've ever looked for a car at a new or second hand dealership we have been jumped on by the salesman, Not here. Complete freedom to roam the forecourt in peace looking at the car you actually like and can afford, no pressure at all!
After a good 15/20 minute test drive we went and sat with Lewis in his office to discuss the options of the car my father had chosen. We discussed his options and were more than happy to agree on a great deal for the car including 2 years warranty at a reasonable price.
My father having forgot his glasses completely trusted Lewis to input his details and within 20 minutes the car was his! Taxed, insured and ready to go!
I've seriously sat and waited for a dominoes for longer than it took to sort all the details and exchange information.
Not to mention that this is all on a Bank holiday while everyone else is out enjoying the weather, this man is hard at work trying his best to make a success of his business and does so daily!
